Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on managing SEO strategies, executing advertising campaigns, and updating website content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results in the telecom industry.



Requirements

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive website traffic.

- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.

- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and display networks.

- Create compelling ad copy, design visual assets, and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and brand guidelines.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Update website content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages, to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.

- Utilize content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS skills to make website updates as needed.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.


**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and online advertising.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish (or other languages) proficiency is a plus).

- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

- Experience with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

- Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS coding.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

This position is based at our office in Fuengirola, Spain, but we also welcome applications for remote work.
