Pre-sales management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

The successful candidate will work directly with outside sales team and also with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with the system sales department and our Product manager team to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.


JOB DUTIES:
 

Provide direct presales and after sales support to the customers  Technical added-value for project design, quotation, order closing, pilots and trainings Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget  Gather all necessary data to deliver the best offer (also informing main vendors to adjust margin & discounts) Monitor and track progress contacting to customers when necessary to update the project pipeline Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client, vendors and ADI team Establish and maintain relationships with our company vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project (face to face or via online/telephone) Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency Perform other related duties as assigned (generating videos, user´s manuals, quick guides, tech tips to improve our technical DDBB) Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Maintain local training room and showroom (online devices)  Assist to all company events and cooperate to prepare the technical part aligned with sales strategy Advanced technical telephone assistance when SAT team needs expert support nationwide and on-site support (setup, startup) Minor logistic tasks from local branch when required
 

YOU MUST HAVE:
 

Proven working experience in CCTV, Intrusion, Access Control or Fire products Project & pre-sales management
