El Manager podrá participar en una amplia variedad de estos proyectos de consultoría, y trabajar junto con el equipo europeo de actuarios y consultores de la firma.

Se incorporará a la oficina de Madrid, desde donde se da servicio a clientes del mercado español y portugués, existiendo también la posibilidad de participar en proyectos internacionales con otras oficinas.

Los proyectos en lo que participará incluyen los siguientes:

IFRS 17: Apoyo metodológico en la implantación de normativa IFRS17, Apoyo a clientes en la interpretación y análisis de resultados IFRS17, Desarrollo de implantación de modelos IFRS17 Fusiones y adquisiciones de compañías y/o carteras de seguros Modelización en Prophet: desarrollo y/o revisión de modelos pasivos y activos. Solvencia II: revisión de situación financiera y de solvencia de entidades aseguradoras Eficiencia de procesos actuariales

Funciones

Reportará al Director del negocio de Vida de la oficina de Madrid Gestión de proyectos: apoyo técnico al equipo de consultores en la ejecución del proyecto, apoyo técnico al cliente cuando sea requerido, coordinación y seguimiento del proyecto, revisión de entregables, seguimiento de cargabilidad y facturación del proyecto, etc. Apoyo al Director de la oficina de Madrid en las distintas visitas a clientes Apoyo en formación y crecimiento de consultores junior.

Perfil

Queremos incorporar a una persona altamente motivada y con ganas de trabajar en un entorno dinámico, con profundo de pensamiento crítico y capacidad de resolución de problemas. Imprescindible que tenga una elevaba capacidad de trabajo en equipo, y muestre empatía hacía sus compañeros. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral.

Formación: Actuario de Seguros. Licenciatura o Maestría, preferiblemente en Ciencias Actuariales, Matemáticas, Estadística, Finanzas o un campo relacionado. Experiencia: Mínimo de 7/8 años de experiencia en firma de consultoría actuarial o en departamento de reporting de compañía de seguros, y con alto conocimiento de reporting actuarial: Solvencia II, Embedded Value, VNB, IFRS17, etc. Idiomas: debido a la posibilidad de trabajar con equipos internacionales, un nivel fluido de inglés es un requisito indispensable. Hablar fluido en portugués será considerado una ventaja. Herramientas actuariales: experiencia en la implementación de modelos en Prophet, AFM, Risk Agility/MoSes, Addactis es un valor añadido.
