FieldCore is looking for engaged and driven individuals with a passion for engineering to enrol in our Early Careers Electromecánico (Bobinador) Program in Spain.  FieldCore , part of GE Vernova , is an independent, industrial field services organization focused on World-Class Execution across the power generation sector. Our Core Values of Safety, Integrity, Quality and Inclusion are the foundation of everything we do to empower the people who power the world.  Let’s Talk about the Role  You will start by being enrolled in FieldCore’s Early Careers Program (ECP).  While in the ECP, you will develop in-depth technical expertise, lean thinking and leadership skills. This is a unique opportunity to go through our in-person and online training curriculum as well as learning from experienced Winders (Bobinadors) with on-the-job training. You will gain hands on experience and grow your career whilst traveling the world to provide power to communities. Upon successful graduation from the Early Careers Program , you will be eligible for a Qualified Generator Winder position. During the program you will work on site and within workshops, under direct supervision of your assigned mentor, on Winder repairs, overhauls and refurbishing generators and equipment. You will assist experienced winders dismantling, rewinding, brazing, insulating, bracing, re-wedging, working with epoxies, retaining ring removal & refitting.  Special Role Requirements:   Able to travel extensively to and from projects and various field assignments. Willing to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments. Ability to spend considerable time away from home for training and field assignments. Skills for Success  You will bring a high level of professionalism as well a strong technical competence and passion for engineering. You should also have:  Graduated from high school with a qualificationin a Science, Technical, Engineering or Maths subject A strong ownership and work ethic. A desire to learn and problem solve. A positive can-do attitude with the ability to communicate with internal and external customers. Basic English language skills.
