Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and deadlines
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
- Develop job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (native or near-native proficiency)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner
