Job description We are seeking a Project Officer to join our Recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who has a keen interest in project management, innovation, AI and recruitment. Main responsabilities: • Assist with planning, coordinating and executing projects effectively. • Work closely with various teams to ensure project requirements are met. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project activities. • Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. • Analyze risks associated with ongoing projects and propose mitigation strategies when needed. • Ensure clear communication between different stakeholders including the operational Recruitment Team, PMO team, data scientists, and external partners, across all stages of the project lifecycle. One of your main project will be on AI/automatization : • Use Case Identification : Identify and evaluate potential AI applications in the recruitment field, including but not limited to resume screening, candidate sourcing, chatbots, and predictive analytics. • Team collaboration : collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the operational Recruitment Team, AI Taskforce team, data scientists, other governances if needed, and external partners to ensure project success. • Develop chatbot and automatize recruitment steps using Copilot Studio/Power Automates. • Technology Assessment : Assess and recommend AI technologies, tools and platforms that align with the organization's goals and budget. • Performance Monitoring : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring mechanisms to track the effectiveness of AI projects and make necessary improvements. Profile Requirements :
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
  • Fluent in English
  • Creativity in approaching problems.
  • Love both strategic and operational work.
  • Willingness to try new approaches.
  • Goal-oriented and result-driven.
  • Great organization skills.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Interested by AI, new technology and/or interested by recruitment.
