What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?

The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world

What is your role and surroundings?

Our  Faurecia FCM Business Group  is looking for you as a Sales VIE for our site in Pamploma, Spain.

What will be your main missions?

Applying of guidelines proposed by the hierarchy regarding contractual management Understanding and rigorous implementation of the Sales Administration guidelines & processes (purchase orders, invoices, terms of payment, overdues…) Understanding of the Program Business Plan and associated commercial levers Preparation and update and negotiation of the commercial offers and presentations Preparation of market share, strategic plan and competitor analysis Participation and management on the data collection and coordination between different departments and FCM plants. Developing understanding of client business, products and key competitors Development of contact and intimacy with Customer contacts Responsible for commercials of a defined scope / program from a customer account Preparation of commercial offers to answer on due time to the Customer requests Proposing and validation of targeted pricing and suggestion of negotiation path Understanding and commercial management of local economics (inflation, exc. rate)

The mission will last 12 months .

What you need to join us?

You are between 18 and 28 years old (included) European citizenship Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering or in business administration Strong Microsoft pack office and reporting skills Comfortable with financials pared with good analytical skills Strong communication and presentation skills, and capacity of empathy Business international mindset Results orientation, Client orientation and Team player Good presentation and negotiation skills Fluent in English
