Descripción del puesto:El Chief Marketing Officer será responsable de liderar el equipo de marketing de Siliconhr, tomando decisiones estratégicas para impulsar el crecimiento y la visibilidad de la marca en el mercado. Este rol es crucial para el éxito de la empresa y para alcanzar los objetivos de negocio establecidos.
Responsabilidades clave:- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de marketing efectivas para aumentar la visibilidad de la marca y generar leads.
- Supervisar y optimizar las campañas de marketing digital, utilizando datos y análisis para tomar decisiones informadas.
- Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing y garantizar un ROI positivo en todas las actividades.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para alinear las estrategias y maximizar la generación de ingresos.
- Supervisar el desarrollo de contenido atractivo y relevante para las audiencias clave.
- Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias en marketing digital y tecnologías emergentes.
- Experiencia comprobada de al menos 3 años en un puesto similar.
- Conocimiento profundo de analítica de datos y experiencia como experto en ADS.
- Experiencia en el uso de HTML editor / Github.
- Experto en SEO y optimización de motores de búsqueda.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.
