Ilerwork is searching for a Project Manager to join our client,  a fast-growing and dynamic company


Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning & Coordination: Define project scope, create detailed plans, and coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Control project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing updates and expectations.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress, adjust plans, and document key metrics.


Requisitos

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate development project management in Spain.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with Asana is preferred.
  • Certification as a technical architect is a plus
