Job Description:

As our Digital Customer Support Specialist, you're the most valuable player of ensuring our products not only work but rock. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Making user needs your top priority and center to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Handling incoming support requests like a pro, because our users deserve nothing less.
  • Digging into support ticket data to guarantee top-notch customer satisfaction.
  • We’re not stopping there. We're eager to hear your innovative ideas on how to elevate our performance in every aspect.

Skills Required:

  • Ideally, you've got 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You possess strong customer-focused communication skills that leave a positive impression.
  • Fluent in written Dutch, with a good written command of French, and English for company communication.
  • Empathetic, with the power to put yourself in our users' shoes and solve problems effectively.
  • Naturally curious and always up for a challenge—because figuring stuff out is your thing.
  • Good problem-solving and analytics, with the skills to handle anything that comes your way.
  • You're an exceptional team player, yet equally adept at thriving autonomously when the situation calls for it.
  • You're all about getting stuff done, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive in.
  • Structured and organized, but you're not afraid to shake things up when it's time for a change. Open to learning new stuff and ready to bring some fresh energy to the team.
