Buscamos a una persona que lidere la estrategia e implementación de marketing de Be Levels. Este puesto está orientado a generar un embudo de ventas capaz de captar nuevos clientes y fidelizarlos a través de distintos canales y estrategias.


Por ello, tu misión será liderar a nuestro equipo hacia una estrategia de marketing escalable que persiga seguir haciendo crecer nuestra comunidad de #belevers tanto de personas preocupadas por su salud integral como profesionales del sector (médicos, nutricionistas, coach etc) y elevar el valor de nuestra marca al máximo nivel. 


Somos una compañía de culo-inquietos, salseros y que trabajamos duro, con ganas de pasárnoslo bien, ayudando a los demás a vivir una vida mejor. 


Para darte mayor visibilidad sobre cómo hacer que tu aportación a Be Levels sea excepcional, hemos diseñado los siguientes roles y contribuciones:

 

Marketing Leader


  • Liderar un equipo in house de + 4 personas (+ partners externos) para que creen soluciones de valor constantemente alineadas con el plan estratégico.


  • Manejo de presupuestos, KPI’s y reporting (Al CEO de la empresa)


Marketing Strategist


  • Elaboración del plan de marketing omnicanal (orgánico, paid, partnerships…) con sus respectivos OKR’s y objetivos. 


  • Implementación de estrategias de marketing “one shot” y automatizadas (flujos de email, sistema de puntos, paid ads…etc) en un funnel de ventas bien organizado. 


Brand Booster


  • Elevar el valor y atributos de Be Levels, conociendo de forma detallada el mercado, oportunidades y tendencias. 



  • Aumentar las relaciones y potenciar las ventas alineadas con la comunidad

Requisitos:

Destacarás si…


  • Cuentas con habilidades excepcionales de liderazgo y una probada capacidad para gestionar equipos de manera efectiva en entornos dinámicos, especialmente en el ámbito Startup y ecosistemas de aprendizaje de alto valor. 
  • Has liderado y escalado el branding de una marca al siguiente nivel, demostrando una capacidad estratégica para posicionar y fortalecer la identidad de la marca en el mercado.
  • Demuestras una sólida capacidad analítica, incluyendo la experiencia en el manejo de KPIs, presupuestos, análisis de rentabilidad, pricing, y la creación de dashboards para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Tienes un profundo conocimiento y experiencia en el uso de herramientas y técnicas específicas del Ecommerce B2C, como CMS, herramientas de email marketing, CRM, y herramientas SEO y Paid Media…
  • Tienes conocimiento en diseño y edición gráfica utilizando herramientas como Photoshop, Illustrator, y Lightroom.
  • Posees un dominio avanzado en inglés (C1) para poder comunicarte efectivamente en entornos profesionales internacionales.

  • Tienes experiencia en la gestión de campañas publicitarias en plataformas como Meta, Facebook Ads y Google Ads, demostrando un conocimiento profundo de estrategias publicitarias efectivas.
  • Cuentas con habilidades en UX/UI que contribuyen a la mejora continua de la experiencia del usuario en plataformas digitales.
  • Has demostrado habilidades en la gestión de influencers, estableciendo relaciones sólidas y estratégicas para potenciar la visibilidad de la marca.
  • Posees habilidades en el manejo de herramientas de edición de vídeo, como Premiere Pro y After Effects, lo que te permite crear contenido visual atractivo y de alta calidad.
  • Tienes pasión por la salud, deporte y alimentación.
