Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on companies, individuals, products, and other entities.

  • Add data, such as common names and identifiers, to our entity knowledge-graph.

  • Utilize RavenPack’s proprietary NLP software to identify and detect entities in text.

  • Perform quality control on data entries made by the team.

  • Address and resolve misdetections reported by clients in a detailed and organized manner.

  • Effectively prioritize and manage workload while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical thinking skills to investigate complex issues and identify cause-and-effect relationships.

  • Ability to develop solutions and deepen understanding of various topics.

  • Proficient in web searching and sourcing information, including Boolean search techniques.

  • Familiarity with web and social media applications.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Clear and effective communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of project management, planning, and time management.

  • Understanding of the interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.

  • Ability to identify needs and propose process improvements.

  • Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence platforms.

  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical terms.

  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

  • Experience in conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform product development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • High interest in current world affairs.

Experience:

  • Ability to identify project scope and deliverables.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities.

  • Flexible and adaptable to different environments.

  • Experience working in a problem-solving environment that demonstrates teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

  • Technical competence with various software programs, including G-Suite, Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
