Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Analyst, you will:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Analyze, design, and implement IT systems to streamline operations and drive efficiency.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to workflows.

- Manage and document system configurations, workflows, and updates to maintain accuracy and compliance.

- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance our technological capabilities.

- Conduct training sessions to empower team members with IT knowledge and tools.

- Partner with cybersecurity teams to safeguard company data and systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in IT analysis, system design, or related roles.

- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, ERP systems, and data visualization software.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams.

- A proactive mindset and a knack for innovation.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and remote collaboration tools.

- Experience with cybersecurity protocols and practices.

- Certification in ITIL, CompTIA, or similar credentials is a plus.
