Mission

To promote sustainability through analysis of compressed air systems for reducing energy consumption, carbon dioxide emissions and increase the efficiency of the customer installation .

You will be the responsible of the complete sales cycle: prospecting, generating and converting leads into business opportunities, negotiating and closing the sales process for Energy Optimization projects, such as Compressed Air Plant Control Systems, Energy Audits and Energy Recovery Systems, piping systems and accessories for compressed air networks (AIRnet) and their connectivity (Smart Airnet)

You will use the different sales channels, direct, indirect (Distribution/Installers) and digital.

Major responsabilities

Visit pre-qualified optimization leadsManage audits in customer’s premiseBuild sales quotations, follow up until conversionMonthly closure pushProspect new channels/partnersInteract with customer, Installer and Planner for project milestones to drive executionMain touch point with Keep Fit sales engineers and other divisions for leads hunting.Calls customers to survey satisfaction after solution is deliveredInteract with the different Hubs of the division to provide a complete solution in energy efficiency to clients

To succeed, you will need

- Engineering background (degree or similar) or Equivalent training in energy efficiency.

- Min. 3 years of experience in selling energy efficient products, preferably our sector related

- Willing to frequent travels all around the country (50% of working time)

- Desirable: good understanding of compressor business

- Skilled in Microsoft office including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

- Good communication skills and project management knowledge

- Proficient in English writing & reading is a plus. Native Spanish language.

- You should be result-driven, strong sense of ownership, good communicator, and an exceptional team player
