Sobre el puesto
Liderar la interlocución con TCCC en lo relativo a planes de marcas e innovación (lanzamientos), asegurando que los planes de los canales y clientes están alineados con las estrategias de las marcas y que así ayudan a alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos de CCEP.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Conocer y transmitir dentro de CCEP la estrategia de las marcas KO.
- Colaboración activa en el diseño de las estrategias/ prioridades comerciales de cada marca/categoría
- Identificación de riesgos y oportunidades con foco en categoría para lo cual es necesario un conocimiento profundo del entorno (propio, competencia)
- Coordinar el Business Case de lanzamiento de nuevos productos. Seguimiento de resultados y propuesta de medidas correctoras.
- Detectar oportunidades, sinergias, en todos los planes y acciones desarrollados, mediante el seguimiento continuo de la actividad desarrollada, el feedback recibido de nuestros clientes internos (Canales) y a través del análisis de los datos generados en el proceso de trabajo.
- Asegurar conocimiento de la realidad Comercial mediante salidas al Mercado y reuniones de alineamiento con los equipos de canales y equipo de Ventas.
- Tener la responsabilidad de principio a fin de todos los proyectos asignados, trabajando mano con mano con los principales stakeholders (equipo de marcas TCCC, responsables de canal, equipos de ventas, entre otros)
¿Qué te pedimos?
Experiencia
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en funciones de M&RGM, Category Manager, Trade Mk Canales o Comercial en empresas de gran consumo.
Cualificaciones
- Licenciatura en Economía, Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Publicidad, Matemáticas, Ingeniería y/o Ingenieros técnicos y similares.
- Dominio experto de Office.
Conocimientos Técnicos
- Conocimiento sobre dinámicas y palancas de al menos un canal (Horeca/convenience, On-Premise, Alimentación Moderna) será muy valorado.
- Conocimiento de las fuentes de información internas, uso y análisis, será muy valorado.
- Conocimiento de técnicas y metodologías de gestión de proyectos y metodologías Agile (metodología waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
- Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Ingles Fluido.
