Desde el dpto. de Forwarding estamos buscando incorporar a una persona como Operativo/a de Forwarding cuya misión principal será ejecutar las acciones a nivel operativo vinculadas a la unidad de negocio, colaborando en la ejecución de la estrategia de posicionamiento de la compañía, con el fin de cubrir las necesidades logísticas del cliente.

Las funciones principales que desempeñará serán:

Gestión de expedientes de importación / exportación tanto marítimo como terrestre y crosstrade. Previsión de costes y emisión de facturas a clientes. Negociación con proveedores para tarifas de transporte. Emisión de documentación BL, CMR. Realizar el seguimiento exhaustivo de cada operación coordinando la misma entre los diferentes proveedores y asegurando comunicación continua en el proceso logístico. Optimizar los tiempos de respuesta a los clientes y gestionar de manera eficaz los expedientes asignados. Emisión de documentación e informes de cada operación y actualización de la base de datos para disponer de los registros de las operaciones llevadas a cabo. Supervisar el proceso de cargas: desde la recogida hasta el cierre de las mismas.

La persona que se incorpore deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos :

Grado superior o experiencia equivalente en Comercio exterior/ Logística y Transporte o estudios relacionados. Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en funciones similares. Nivel alto en Paquete Office, principalmente en Excel. Nivel de Inglés avanzado, mínimo B2. Además de lo anterior, se valorará positivamente conocimientos de importación/exportación FCL/LCL así como de FTL/LTL y aduanas.
