Funciones:

  • Soporte Técnico-Económico de la fase de Licitación, estudio comparativo de los presupuestos de ejecución material de la obra, ajuste de presupuesto y propuesta de soluciones.
  • Seguimiento y asesoramiento en la Adjudicación del contrato con Constructora general de la obra, en estrecha colaboración con la Propiedad.
  • Gestión y seguimiento de obra con presencia diaria en la misma.
  • Dirección y coordinación entre el equipo técnico asignado a la obra para el control técnico de la misma, y la constructora general de la obra.
  • Supervisión y control de la programación establecida de la obra y del programa económico.
  • Comprobación y firma de las certificaciones de obra.
  • Asistencia en la Fase de Recepción de obra y Recepción Definitiva, gestión y control de la liquidación económica, así como redacción y seguimiento del Acta de Recepción.
  • Ejecución de capex anual e identificación de las partidas para la previsión del siguiente ejercicio.
  • Asumir la responsabilidad de coordinación en materia de prevención en la empresa, así como los Hacer llegar la información sobre prevención de riesgos a todos los niveles de la empresa.
  • Realizar la investigación de los incidentes y accidentes acaecidos en la empresa.
  • ·Vigilar el cumplimiento de la ley de prevención dentro de la empresa.




Requisitos:
  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería.
  • Experiencia de 5 años en obras..
  • Valorable experiencia en proyectos hoteleros.
