We are seeking an IT passionate Junior System Engineer with Knowledge/experience in Microsoft & Linux environments for our Delivery Center in Asturias.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 1+ year of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
• Proficiencies in data analysis and problem-solving
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology. Available for work schedule 24x7 To provide escalated technical support to customers by handling L1- L2 systems-related issues. To analyze and resolve program support deficiencies and to conduct testing to enhance performance. To perform repairs, maintenance and upgrades of existing systems using solutions in accordance with standard operating procedures. Investigates and resolves matters of significance. To provide End User support To provide work guidance to less experienced personnel.
