Descripción

Hill & Knowlton selecciona para su oficina de Madrid un/una Manager para incorporarse a la división de Asuntos Públicos. En dependencia directa del responsable del departamento, sus funciones serán:

Liderazgo, coordinación y gestión autónoma de cuentasDiseño y ejecución de estrategias de asuntos públicos, posicionamiento institucional y comunicación corporativa.Seguimiento y análisis de la actividad regulatoria e institucionalRedacción de narrativas, elaboración de materiales, briefings y mensajes claveGestión directa de la relación con clientesParticipación en la elaboración de propuestas y planes para clientes actuales y potenciales.Elaboración de informes de seguimiento.

Experiencia

Licenciado/a en Derecho, Periodismo, Ciencias Políticas o similar.Al menos 3 años de experiencia en consultoría estratégica. Alternativamente, mínimo 3 años de experiencia en liderazgo y gestión de proyectos de forma independiente.Experiencia en entornos parlamentarios y/o gubernamentales (gabinetes de prensa, asesoramiento, comunicación política…)Experiencia demostrada en la coordinación de equipos.Dominio avanzado de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito (mínimo nivel C1)

Capacidad para la resolución de problemas e ideación de soluciones de forma rápida y estructuradaCapacidad analítica - análisis, organización y síntesis de información sustancial o conceptos complejos en marcos clarosVisión estratégica para identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento en los procesos del cliente.Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente bajo presión.Agilidad y experiencia en la creación de presentaciones profesionales de alta calidad.Competencia en el uso de herramientas analíticasCapacidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma independiente, y organizarse eficazmente.Excelente habilidad de comunicación oral y escritaActitud proactiva y enérgica
