We are seeking a Resident System Architect to support our customer's team based in Île-de-France, France.

¿What would you be doing in your day a day? ✨

• Represent our customer at the OEM’s facilities both commercially and technically, actively seeking potential opportunities and advocating for our customer’s interests through collaboration and influence.

• Lead the RFQ preparation process, fostering a trustworthy relationship with the customer.

• Oversee the development process, assisting the Technical Project Leader in maintaining coherence in the feature release plan and ensuring product maturity throughout the project.

• Coordinate with the Technical Project Leader on project schedule and scope, aligning with R&D Governance and our customer’s APQP processes, and fulfilling system KPI reporting.

• Manage stakeholder requirements, including those from customers, standards, validation, regulations, legal, and factory-delivered requirements.

• Develop high-quality, testable system requirements and ensure their clear deployment within the system architecture in collaboration with all technical domains and the customer.

• Define and integrate hardware-software and hardware-mechanical interfaces, along with related integration testing activities according to the V-model design process, ensuring proper system design.

• Ensure compliance with ASPICE (ISO 15504), Functional Safety (ISO 26262), and Cybersecurity (ISO 21434) standards as required by the project.


¿What do we need from you? ✨

• Full personal and professional proficiency in French is essential for navigating job responsibilities and establishing strong relationships with the customer team.

• Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player, capable of building trustworthy relationships with both the customer and technical teams.

• Experience in leading small teams.

• Proficiency in the three main engineering domains:

• Mechanical design implications in a mechatronic system

• AUTOSAR embedded software systems

• High-voltage and high-power electronics

• Experience with IBM DOORS, Sparx Enterprise Architect
