Qué esperamos de ti:  

Integrado/a en el área de Tecnología, Proyectos y Servicios, serás responsable de realizar los análisis que faciliten la toma de decisiones a nivel estratégico y la definición de la estrategia de la dirección de Compras, así como gestionar, de acuerdo con las directrices de su superior, el desarrollo, evolución y mejora continua de los sistemas, procesos, procedimientos aplicables a la función de compras del Grupo Cepsa, colaborando activamente en su implantación y despliegue dentro de la Compañía, además incluyendo medidas que mejoren la eficiencia de los procesos y minimicen riesgos para que estén fielmente representados.

Para ello, tus funciones principales serán: 

Gestionar de acuerdo con las directrices de su superior, la definición, desarrollo y mejora de los procesos, normativa y procedimientos que se aplicaran en la función de Compras, así como asegurar que están fielmente reflejados en los Sistemas de Compras. Coordinar y/o colaborar en los proyectos estratégicos que le sean asignados tanto dentro de su Área como transversales a la función de Compras. Asegurar la disponibilidad y fiabilidad del dato en los sistemas de Business Intelligence y DataLake de GSS. Definir y realizar propuestas de mejora sobre todo el scope de actuación en los que este involucrad@. Realiza análisis y desarrolla procesos que requieren el procesamiento e interpretación de la información relevante proporcionando informes, conclusiones y propuestas de actuación para facilitar la toma de decisiones a nivel estratégico. Coordinar las estrategias de GSS para las iniciativas de Transformación Digital que sean asignadas. Coordinar y definir especificaciones funcionales de los desarrollos de los sistemas de compras en su ámbito y realiza el seguimiento de las evolutivos y correctivos para asegurar la calidad de los mismos. Elaborar el cuadro de mando y calcular los indicadores principales (KPIs) para facilitar el seguimiento de los objetivos anuales de la Función de Compras. Elaborar los diferentes informes de reporte de la actividad y rendimiento de la función de Compras, así como responsabilizarse por su adecuada difusión en SIRIO. Favorecer la comunicación general, la innovación y digitalización dentro del Área de Compras y apoyar la gestión del cambio. Impartir formación dentro de la Dirección de Compras, tanto en lo referente a Procedimientos, Procesos y Herramientas, para un correcto desempeño en cada uno de los puestos de trabajo de la función de Compras. Analizar y mantenerse informado sobre la evolución de las variables que puedan impactar en su actividad (mercado, sector, tendencias, proveedores, innovaciones, normativa…). Monitorizar el cumplimiento de la Normativa de Compras en los procesos utilizando las herramientas y sistemas necesarios para su seguimiento y consolidación.

Qué estamos buscando:  

Titulación recomendable licenciatura en carreras técnicas. Nivel alto de inglés. Otros conocimientos necesarios: Gestión de BBDD, Data Lake, SQL, Python. Power Platform avanzado ( Power BI, Power automate, Power APPs). Microsoft Office avanzado (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). SAP MM, Jaggaer, Ariba, analítica avanzada, Big Data, Dremio. Experiencia: Experiencia de al menos tres años en un departamento de similares características.
