Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic QA Lead to become a pivotal reference for our product and a key partner to both the product owner and team leads. This role focuses on our OLA project, encompassing mobile applications (Android and iOS), and reports directly to the Technical Director.


Key Responsibilities

Production Incident Management: Oversee the flow and resolution of production incidents. Release Management: Coordinate and manage releases for the MySEAT and MyCUPRA apps. Internal Request Handling: Create and manage internal requests for mobile app developments. Team Leadership: Manage a team of three QA professionals, including conducting one-on-ones, performance reviews, and salary evaluations. Testing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive testing strategies for mobile apps across various environments, including real cars, test racks, prototypes, and mocks.

Daily Activities

Managing four different workflows: real cars, test racks, mobile phones, and overseeing three direct reports.

Minimum requirements

Qualifications

Location Flexibility: Ability to work from either our Barcelona or Martorell offices for on-site car testing. Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel to Martorell for specific car testing scenarios. Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to make informed decisions on user messaging. Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Mobile App QA Expertise: Extensive quality assurance experience focused on mobile applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with electronic products is a plus.
