Neuraxpharm is looking for a Corporate Finance Controller based in Barcelona, Sant Joan Despi
(hybrid role)
Your mission:
Analysis and preparation of the financial statements on a monthly basis at a Group level. Additionally, compilation of reporting package, budget and forecast process, single different analysis at the level of affiliates.
Corporate finance team prepares at a Group level the key financial information to support decision-making to the Management.
Your major accountabilities:
Collaborate in the preparation of the monthly Group financial statements Review monthly accounting close process including analytical review of the monthly operating results of the business comparing the deviations vs Budget and vs forecast being closed to the business Preparation of WC analysis on a monthly basis Preparation of CAPEX analysis on a monthly basis Collaborate in the preparation of the Management Reporting to the Board of Directors Collaborate in the preparation of the Reporting financial information to Lenders Organize information and statements for external auditors Transfer-pricing calculation on an annual basis based on the TP Policy of the Group Collaborate to the Group annual budget process Preparation of Group Forecast and Strategic Business Plan Preparation of WC of Forecast, Budget and Business Plan Collaborate with Countries to specific analysis such as business cases for specific products Collaborate in the implementation of Group transformational projects (BI) Give support to all countries.We would like you to have:
At least 5 years’ experience in controlling department +2 years experience in Audit company Experience in a big 4 assurance/transactions is a plus Experience in Pharma sector is a plus Through knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (IFRS) Knowledge of SAP FI, CO, CO-PA (plus) Knowledge of Microsoft Office specially Excel Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Team player and exceptional communication Transparent and honest Ability to work independently Knowledge in consolidation of financial statements will be appreciated Very fluent in English Business acumen and good sense of priorities, structured, results-oriented, and efficient. Superb problem-solving and organization skills. Convincing, service minded, self-motivated and persuasive personality with ethical values. Positive thinkingABOUT US
