The Reward Specialist focuses upon the delivery of operational reward support, in line with business strategy, within the Reward function. With a good understanding of established concepts and procedures, they provide guidance and support to the business, on all, or relevant reward programme/s, for example, Annual Reward Review, International Mobility, Benefits, etc. Therefore will be working closed with HR colleagues to execute reward policies across the local market in diferrent locations.

The Reward Specialist will be involed and supporting of the following responsabilities to deliver the reward and recognition strategy of _VOIS Spain:

Provide support in executing the ARR process. Conduct market research on compensation and emerging activities. Data accuracy for reward and organizational effectiveness-related. Test, execute, and facilitate the implementation of online systems for compensation. Apply reward policies and practices. Develop and maintain basic documentation. Interpret reward data in data analytics tools, offering insights to enhance processes. Support International Mobility processes, ensuring seamless completion and follow-up by aiding HR Operations and HRBPs activities. Contribute to and lead projects within the compensation and benefits domain. Foster communication and promote awareness of reward guidelines among relevant stakeholders.

What you bring?

2 years' experience in an HR area, preferably Reward, Compensation, or Benefits. Some experience with HR processes such as salary review, variable pay calculation, international mobility support, etc. Basic experience in HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors or Workday. Proficient in MS Office applications: MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint are a must. Basic knowledge of data analytics tools, , Excel Queries, Power BI,etc. Knowledge of vendor management and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of the Willis Towers Watson Global Grading System and salary surveys. Basic knowledge and understanding of the Spain Labour Code. Fluent English skills both written and spoken
