Descripción del puesto:

El/La Director/a de Recursos Humanos será responsable de liderar y gestionar todas las actividades relacionadas con el talento y los recursos humanos en Blue Parrot Marine International, con un enfoque estratégico en las áreas de selección de personal, políticas de personas y cultura, formación, evaluación del desempeño y negociación sindical. Este rol requiere viajar a las distintas sedes del Holding en España.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar e implementar políticas de recursos humanos enfocadas en la selección de personal clave para la industria naval.
  • Gestionar las políticas de personas y cultura, fomentando un ambiente de innovación y colaboración.
  • Liderar los programas de formación y desarrollo profesional, asegurando que los equipos estén alineados con las competencias requeridas para los proyectos internacionales.
  • Implementar sistemas de evaluación del desempeño que promuevan la mejora continua y la excelencia.
  • Liderar y coordinar al equipo de recursos humanos-área de personas, compuesta por 4 personas.
  • Gestionar las relaciones laborales y las negociaciones sindicales, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.
  • Asesorar a la dirección en cuestiones de gestión del talento y alineación organizacional.

Requisitos:

Experiencia: Mínimo 8 años en un rol de liderazgo en Recursos Humanos, con experiencia en selección, formación, evaluación y negociación sindical en empresas multinacionales o industriales.


Educación: Grado en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Psicología o campos relacionados. MBA o Máster en Recursos Humanos, valorado.


Idiomas: Se valorará nivel avanzado de inglés.
