  • Administration of global data request mailboxes - including answering queries, logging, and processing requests, tracking outstanding matters and providing status updates/reports to the team manager.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all data requests.
  • Ensuring we address all requests and queries from data subjects within legal timeframes.
  • Escalation of data complaints and complex queries/anomalies to the relevant local contact (for example the UK Data Protection Manager).
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
