The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate. Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.About the role
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is looking for aMassage Therapistto join our opening team.The therapist is a key player in providing the core of the spa experience: the treatment. The role also includes proactivity, anticipation of guest needs and knowledge about all available treatment options. Other duties include:
What you will do
Ensure highest level of comfort and service, creating a genuine, warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
Perform all body treatments in accordance with Four Seasons standards, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
Manage levels of professional stock and supplies.
Follow daily appointment schedule.
What you bring
As an ambassador of Four Seasons, our ideal Massage Therapistshould represent the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude and a warm welcoming smile. Applicants are required to havesolid knowledge of various treatment protocols.This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position. It is also requiredminimumtwo years ofmassage therapist experience. Applicants also are needed to have a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
