The Opportunity

Step into an exciting leadership role as Plant Manager, where you’ll oversee daily operations and drive improvements for Express Asphalt within our Mid Essex Site. This permanent role offers the chance to develop production strategies, enhance processes, and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Here’s why this opportunity stands out:

  • Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations by conducting regular risk assessments, implementing corrective measures, and maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
