Tendrás éxito si:

Asesoras en derecho a las áreas corporativas de Repsol en temas de nuevas tecnologías y derecho digital, incluyendo revisión y redacción de contratos internacionales y nacionales relacionados con cloud, outsourcing de servicios TI, proyectos de tecnologías como Inteligencia Artificial, Blockchain, IoT, ciberseguridad, entre otras.

Asistes jurídicamente en negociaciones y colaboras con equipos en proyectos del área de IT-Digital.

Acompañas a nuestro cliente en la regulación de proyectos y casos digitales y contribuyes a la formación de clientes internos.

Preparas informes y notas jurídicas proporcionando análisis de regulación y normativa, y de riesgos y su mitigación.

Sobre ti:

Buscamos una persona que sepa comunicarse, a la que le gusten los retos, trabajar en equipo, que quiera crecer dentro del departamento y que esté orientando al cliente.

Que necesitas para tu puesto:

Ser abogado colegiado.

Conocimientos en derecho civil y digital con 3-5 años de experiencia en derecho digital y nuevas tecnologías, ya sea en un despacho de tamaño medio o grande o como abogado in-house en una empresa de tecnologías de la información (TI).

Conocimientos y experiencia transversal IT y proyectos digitales (Seguridad de la Información, Ciberseguridad, Inteligencia Artificial, Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), etc.

Trabajo en equipo. Formarás parte de un equipo cohesionado de letrados que colaboran y comparten experiencias.

Participación en proyectos interactuando con equipos multidisciplinares, principalmente de carácter técnico.
