Verifique que posee las habilidades necesarias antes de enviar una solicitud.With more than 60,000 employees, 30+ locations and 30 manufacturing sites globally, LONGi has broken the photovoltaic (PV) cell conversion efficiency record 16 times in a row since 2021.LONGi is the first Chinese solar manufacturer to join the three distinguished climate initiatives RE100, EP100 and EV100.Responsibilities:System Design & Engineering:Design advanced self-consumption and hybrid photovoltaic systems, including projects that integrate battery storage or other forms of hybridization. Ensure solutions are technically sound, efficient, and aligned with LONGi's product portfolio.Technical & Financial Feasibility Analysis:Conduct detailed assessments of the technical and economic viability of PV projects, using simulation tools and financial models to support commercial decisions.Software Expertise:Use and maintain extensive knowledge of PV design and simulation software (PVsyst, PV*Sol) to evaluate energy yield, optimize layouts, and support customer proposals.Pre- and Post-Sales Support:Provide pre-sales technical support across all markets, working closely with the Sales team on system design, quotation preparation, and client presentations.Deliver premium post-sales support to strategic or aligned partners, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.Training & Public Engagement:Conduct internal and external training sessions to strengthen technical understanding of LONGi products and solutions.Represent LONGi in industry webinars, partner events, and conferences as a speaker or technical presenter. The ideal candidate is confident speaking in front of an audience and able to communicate complex topics clearly.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.Experience in PV system design, application engineering, or technical pre-sales.Proven experience conducting technical and financial feasibility studies for photovoltaic projects.Proficiency in PVsyst and PV*Sol; additional software knowledge (AutoCAD, Helioscope, etc.) is an asset.Understanding of hybrid systems and energy storage technologies.Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading trainings and speaking at industry events. xohynlmProactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
