When it has to be right, it has to be Hexagon.ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONWe're looking for a visionary HR (IT) Application Engineer to manage and optimize HRIS systems, focusing on configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user support while collaborating with different stakeholders. They play a crucial role in system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, including SAP SuccessFactors SAP HCM and other HR systems. THIS APPEALS TO YOUDevelop, test, implement and manage our global HR systems landscape, including technical system configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user support.Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and provide timely resolution or escalate issues as necessary.Conduct regular audits and data checks to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors within the HRIS.Document technical solutions and procedures.Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance system efficiency, process consistency, and user satisfaction.Collaborate with HR stakeholders and other departments to understand their requirements, develop solutions and areas for improvement, and streamline HR processes, including data integration with other systems.Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and integrations through testing, documentation, and training, while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth HR system integration and address technical issues.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and recommend process enhancements or new tools that align with the organization's needs.Ensure data privacy and security by implementing and maintaining appropriate controls and protocols.Participate or lead in HR projects related to system implementations, process improvements, data migration and automation initiatives.THIS IS YOUBachelor's or Master's degree in business economics and/or information technology, or comparable qualifications.Proven experience in configuring and managing HR systems landscapes.Programming skills or at least solid knowledge of programming fundamentals (e.g., VBA, Python).Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (SF) and SAP HCM; knowledge of software development tools such as ABAP/UI5 is a strong advantage.Ideally knowledge of HR processes, data management principles, and data protection regulations.Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in troubleshooting system issues while maintaining data integrity.Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.Continuous learning mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.WHY JOIN US?Competitive remuneration package: fixed part + bonus paid 2 times a year in March and September.
