Take a look at this opportunity We are looking for a senior-level Conversational AI Developer to join an international team within the automotive sector.You will work closely with Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture and global stakeholders, driving the technical strategy, execution and governance of conversational AI platforms.️ Your day-to-day responsibilitiesCollaborate closely with Product Owners to translate business needs into technical solutionsPartner with Enterprise Architecture and IT teams to define and evolve the conversational AI platform strategyDesign and execute POCs and pilots to validate technology and business fitWork with global business stakeholders to build and prioritize a pipeline of conversational AI use casesDrive adoption of the conversational AI platform across the organizationManage technology and delivery vendorsEnsure quality assurance, technical governance, security and operational complianceLead technical integrations within the Mercedes-Benz IT landscapeGuide architectural and technological evolutionContinuously assess new AI technologies and models (LLMs, agents, orchestration, etc.)Ensure all developments comply with MB AI principlesSupport IT security and admin processes (SecOps) Experience and skills7+ years of experience in software engineering, with deep focus on Conversational AI / Chatbot solutionsStrong experience with chatbots and/or voicebots in production environmentsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI applied to conversational use casesExperience with Agentic AI and Agent-to-Agent architecturesExposure to Google ADK or similar agent frameworks (e.g. Cognigy, Dialogflow CX, Kore.ai, Rasa) is a plusExperience working with Azure and/or GCP cloud platformsAbility to quickly adopt and lead new AI frameworks and technologiesExcellent EnglishLocation: 100% RemoteSchedule: 40h/week.
