Document Control Specialist Location: Salamanca, SpainWe're looking for detail-driven professionals to support a global HR compliance initiative. This role is all about digging into historical employee records—both physical and digital—making sure everything is accurate, complete, and audit-ready across regions.What you'll be doing:Retrieving employee files from physical archives and digital repositoriesReviewing records for accuracy and completeness against defined guidelinesMaintaining trackers, logs, and clear documentation of findingsPartnering with regional HR teams and vendors to resolve gapsInvestigating missing or hard-to-locate documents and escalating issues when neededWhat we're looking for:Background in HR administration, records management, or similar support rolesStrong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skillsAbility to work independently in unstructured environmentsExperience handling confidential data with privacy and compliance in mindExposure to global HR processes is a plusWhat to expect:High-volume file reviews, including legacy recordsHands-on work with physical archives (boxes, storage rooms, off-site locations)Deadline-driven work requiring smart prioritizationCollaboration across countries and time zonesAdditional info:Duration: Project-basedTravel: Occasional site visits may be requiredTools: Microsoft Office, document/records management systems
