Connectivity Supply Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Connectivity Supply Executive, responsible for operating the supply branch at a global level ensuring high quality of delivery and easiness of the processes. This role also requires reporting possible incidences and the enhancements in the process or tool.Main ResponsibilitiesProperty (Hotels) OnboardingMapping both content and ARI (Available Room Inventory)Quality checks on content.Competitiveness checks.Live validation process.Channel manager implementation coordination.Customer Service SupplyAct as the final escalation point for all supply-related issues.CoordinationIT support coordination to ensure training at all levels of supply within the company and also to coordinate possible solution implementation.Demand connectivity coordination to ensure proper priorities and deliveries into communication with customers.Required Skills & QualificationsLanguagesProficient in English (written and spoken).Proficient in Spanish (written and spoken).Additional languages are a strong advantage.AttitudeStrong attention to detail.Pragmatic problem-solving approach.Ability to remain composed in complex situations.Persistent drive for continuous improvement.Communication & Analytical ThinkingExcellent accountability and proactive mindset.Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.Analytical thinking for operational assessment and improvement strategies.Experience wantedExperience within the travel or hotel industry is an asset, preferably within the product department.Contract loading and channel manager connection experience will be a plusWorking and coordinating with other departments within a company.Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word
