We power the digital backbone of a global enterprise, managing a high-concurrency environment that serves millions of users across multiple continents.Our mission is to build a world-class, self-service observability platform. We don't just use tools; we engineer the platform that enables hundreds of internal engineering teams to deploy with confidence and clarity.Your ResponsibilitiesPlatform Engineering: Design and scale a multi-tenant Observability Platform based on the Grafana LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir).Automation & Tooling: Develop custom Kubernetes Operators in Go to automate the lifecycle and management of our observability infrastructure.API Development: Build and maintain internal REST APIs that allow developers to programmatically manage monitoring, alerting, and telemetry configurations.Architecture Evolution: Lead the integration of OpenTelemetry and other cloud-native standards to streamline metrics, logs, and traces collection.SRE Culture: Operate in a "You Build It – You Run It" environment, performing deep-dive root cause analysis and optimizing system performance for high-cardinality data.Your ProfileTechnical Core: You are a Software Engineer at heart with a passion for SRE.
