Buscamos para nuestro cliente, importante empresa especializada en ingeniería y consultoría un/a Performance Engineer (Analista de datos) especializado en el análisis de rendimiento de plantas termosolares, con el objetivo de evaluar, monitorear y mejorar continuamente el desempeño de múltiples instalaciones, identificando pérdidas y proponiendo mejoras operativas y tecnológicamente efectivas. ¿Cómo será tu día a día?: Analizar datos operativos de varias plantas termosolares para evaluar su rendimiento. Detectar pérdidas de performance y oportunidades de mejora. Desarrollar propuestas para optimización y mejoras continuas. Aplicar conocimientos en el contexto de plantas solares a concentración. Utilizar modelos de la ecuación solar NREL para análisis y predicciones. Elaborar reportes y presentaciones en paquete Office. Trabajar en equipo con otros departamentos e instituciones internacionales. ¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?: Título de Ingeniero Superior en Ingeniería Industrial, Energía o Mecánica. Alto nivel de conocimiento en Python, incluyendo librerías relacionadas con análisis de datos. Amplio dominio del paquete Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Conocimiento y experiencia en sistemas de energía solar a concentración. Alto nivel de inglés, tanto escrito como hablado. Conocimiento en la aplicación de la ecuación solar NREL en plantas termosolares. Carnet de conducir vigente. Disponibilidad para viajar de forma puntual y en función de las necesidades del proyecto.
