We are looking for an expert to work as Business AnalystWhat do you need to fulfill this job?Bridges Business and Technology by identifying and gathering both functional and non-functional business, architecture and IT requirements. Driving value through strategic collaboration across functional domains and Insight E2E.Translates the requirements into comprehensive functional feature designs, describing the to-be realized solution in close co-operation with the stakeholders, which will be the input for the IT-delivery organization.Delivers functional interdependency Roadmap of the features to ensures timely, feasible delivery of business value. The BA can clearly describe the 'as-is situation', the 'to be situation' and the changes that have to be made to get there, including impact and dependencies.Enables Informed Decision-Making by presenting well-considered alternative functional solutions.Aligns with Enterprise and Domain Architects to ensure solutions adhere to architectural standards and long-term vision.Validates Solution Integrity by confirming that the delivered IT solution meets all defined requirements and business expectations.Collaborates with Cross-Functional Teams including Architects, Customer Journey Experts, and DevOps Engineers to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement.Serves and verifies the IT-delivery during feature refinement, build, test and deployment.About HCLTech:We are HCLTech, one of the fastest-growing large tech companies in the world and home to 225,000+ people across 60 countries, supercharging progress through industry-leading capabilities centered around Digital, Engineering and Cloud.
