We are Applus+ Laboratories, a division of the Applus+ Group that provides testing and certification services to improve the competitiveness of our client products and encourage innovation.Currently we are recruiting for the Head of Cost & Project analysis to provide direct support to our Executive Vice President in strategic, financial and operational matters.This role combines executive assistance with financial analysis, follow-up of key strategic projects and communication with key stakeholders. The role requires exceptional organization and communication skills, strategic thinking, autonomy and the ability to operate at the highest levels of the organization.Your key responsibilities will include:Cost analysis and project follow-upMonitor and analyze key financial and non-financial metrics and KPIsPrepare EVP dashboard with inputs from the different areasSupport the EVP in key projects where he participates (ex., budgeting process, M&A opportunities, etc.), liaising with the corresponding areasConduct strategic analysis to support decisions, with the support of other departments (finance, products, sales, etc.)Ensure compliance with group policies and proceduresExecutive Support & communicationManage EVP's priorities and strategic initiativesAct as primary liaison between EVP and internal/external stakeholdersPrepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetingsAttend executive committee sessions and prepare minutes and follow-up actionsCoordinate and follow up on strategic projects and decisionsHandle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretionRequirements:Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar. An MBA from a business school will be highly valuable3-5 years of experience in consulting, auditing or similar analytical rolesPrevious experience in senior management support roles will be considered a plusAdvanced level of both English and SpanishCore CompetenciesExceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesFinancial acumenAdvanced communication skills across all organizational levelsProactiveness and autonomy, with ability to anticipate needs and take initiativeExecutive presence suitable for Board-level interactionsDiscretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital applications such as PowerBIStrong presentation and report-writing capabilitiesProject management skills
