We're partnering with a leading medtech innovator to find an experienced Quality Manager for their manufacturing site in Valencia, Spain .Your Mission Drive excellence in quality management and compliance at the local plant. You'll ensure adherence to ISO standards, lead audits, manage customer complaints with robust root cause analysis, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. This is a leadership role where your expertise will shape processes, inspire teams, and safeguard customer trust.What You'll Do Quality Management SystemsDevelop, implement, and maintain a compliant QMS aligned with ISO and regulatory requirements.Oversee document control, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous improvement processes. Quality Control & AssuranceDefine inspection and testing protocols to ensure product quality.Monitor KPIs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Supplier Quality Audit suppliers, evaluate performance, and enforce quality standards across the supply chain. Continuous Improvement Lead initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce waste. Customer Focus Manage complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance. Compliance & AuditsStay current with regulations and certifications.Coordinate audits, address findings, and maintain full compliance. Leadership Mentor and guide the quality team, fostering collaboration and high performance.What We're Looking For Experience : Proven track record in quality management within industrial manufacturing. Expertise : ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean methodologies. Education : Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's a plus). Languages : Spanish & English – professional proficiency.
