Capitole Consulting keeps growing and we want to grow with youWe are looking for anAI/ML Tech Lead , capable of defining and scaling enterprise-level technology solutions in a highly complex, global environment. You'll play a key role in shaping thearchitecture ,strategy , andengineering standardsfor reusableAI products, ML platforms,anddata-driven solutionsused across multiple business domains.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead thetechnical architecture , roadmap, and engineering standards for AI/ML platforms.Overseeend-to-end ML engineering lifecycle : development, automation, deployment, monitoring, and governance.Collaborate withData Science, Product, Engineering,andPlatform teamsto align technology with business goals.Buildscalable, reusable componentsandframeworksthat accelerateAI adoptionacross teams.Evaluatetechnical risks, model costs,and drivelong-term technology decisions .Communicatecomplex conceptsclearly to executives andinfluence strategic decisions .Participate incross-team technical communities , fosteringknowledge sharingandcontinuous improvement .RequirementsStrongtechnical background as a software engineer , with arecent transition into a Tech Lead / Engineering Manager rolewithin AI-enabled or ML-driven environments.Proven experience working inAgile environments , assuming responsibilities similar to atechnical project manager(planning, prioritisation, coordination and delivery oversight).Demonstrated experienceleading large engineering teams , beyond small squads.Solid expertise inML engineering foundations , includingPython , AI platforms,MLOps ,CI/CD pipelines , andcloud deployments( AWS preferred ).Strong understanding ofdata and ML architecture , including pipelines, automation, andend-to-end model lifecycle management .Ability tosimplify complex technical concepts , propose pragmatic solutions, and drive alignment acrosstechnical and non-technical stakeholders .Experience working inlarge-scale, multi-team, multi-tenant enterprise environments .Excellent communication skillsinEnglish and Spanish .Astrategic and proactive mindset , with strong ownership and the ability toinfluence technical direction .Willingness totravel regularly to Londonas required.What you'll enjoy at Capitole€1,200 annual training budgetfor certifications, events, and personalized learning.Monthly follow-ups with your team for continuous development.Private health insurancefully covered by Capitole.Flexible compensation plan (meal, transport, childcare).Wellhubaccess to wellness & fitness programs.Club Capitolediscounts on major brands.Technical communities to exchange knowledge with other experts.And above all...an amazing team¿Te animas al reto?Envíanos tu perfil, estamos deseando conocerteEl empleado respetará las políticas de seguridad de la información:Tendrá acceso a información confidencial relativa a Capitole y al proyecto en el que trabaje.Tendrá que cumplir las políticas de seguridad y las políticas internas de la empresa y del cliente.Tendrá que firmar un acuerdo de confidencialidad.
