At Agap2 we are looking for a Product Manager to join a major AI-driven project in the aerospace sector. You will take ownership of Engine Optimisation System, the group's internal AI system for engine maintenance optimisation, already generating strong EBIT impact.Role OverviewWe are searching for a product leader who can drive the evolution, scaling and adoption of Engine Optimisation System across multiple airlines. This role requires strong product ownership, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and experience delivering high-impact digital products in fast-paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesExpand Engine Optimisation System beyond the CFM56 engine type and roll it out across additional fleets.Increase optimisation performance and maximise EBIT savings for each operating company.Drive adoption by aligning multiple business units and removing barriers to group-wide rollout.Define the product vision and roadmap, prioritising features to keep Engine Optimisation System ahead of market alternatives.Requirements:Solid experience in product management, ideally in AI, aviation/MRO, or complex enterprise platforms.Strong ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.Proven execution ability in high-pressure, transformation-focused environments.Good understanding of AI/ML principles and their use in operational optimisation.Excellent communication skills to engage executives, engineers, and operational teams.Experience delivering digital products in top consultancies or FTSE100-level organisations (intrapreneurial experience desirable).What working with us will offer you:The chance to take part in challenging projects within a dynamic environment.A stable position with a clear career development plan.A permanent contract from day one.Hybrid remote work format.Flexible compensation and meal vouchers, among other benefits.If you're interested in this opportunity and would like to know more, feel free to apply so we can get in touch, share all the details, and answer any questions you may have.Agap2 is an equal opportunity employer.
