To achieve this, we carry out rigorous selection processes that ensure it.We are looking for a Security Coordinator, whose main function will be:Elaboration and implementation of security plans, procedures and protocols and crisis management.Security audits.Risk analysis.Security/crisis drills.Monitoring of security services provided by private security companies.Training courses on security and crisis management.Security coordination with local authorities.Security coordination with the Project security structure.Permanent updating of personnel lists.Supervision of escort services.Security management of expatriates in the project (itinerant and permanent).Skills/Qualifications:Military background and experience in a private company.Essential Studies and 3 years minimum experience in Security Technology (Tecnología de Seguridad). Available to travel to overseas locations.Senior professional.Technical security knowledge that enables him/her to prepare security documents, such as:Site Security Plan. Evacuation Plan.Contingency Plan.Crisis Management Plan.Security Audits.Risk Assessment Reports.Threat Assessment Reports.Experience in similar international projects (international destinations).English C1 minimum level.Other languages valuable.Competencies:TeamworkLeadershipExcellent interpersonal skillsCommunicatorOpen-mindedness and high capacity to adapt to new circumstancesWe offer:Salary depending on experience.Multicultural, international, and dynamic environment.Place of work: Many countries.
