Join Our Team to Navigate This Challenge Together We are looking for a Project Adaptation Lead - Electric Motors to join our international projects. What Will You Do? Plan and manage key activities for electric motor projects, ensuring deadlines are met through supplier coordination and validation plans. Establish electrical/electronic requirements files, define algorithms for battery/motor control, and oversee component obsolescence management. Supervise industrialization of electric propulsion systems, propose process improvements, and report progress to CPA leadership in RAP/HIPC meetings. Conduct technical arbitration across mechanical/electronic teams for worldwide hybrid applications. Requirements: Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering + Master's/PhD in electronics, batteries, or automation preferred. 5+ years in automotive, specifically electric motors/BMS development, tuning, and validation. Proficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, INCA) and electric energy storage systems. Languages: English C1 mandatory; French B2/C1 desirable. Strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, client orientation, stress resistance.
