We're looking for anIT Infrastructure Senior Engineerwho enjoys solving complex problems, designing smarter systems to strengthen our Group IT Infrastructure team, which currently includes one team lead and four engineers.You'll be part of our core infrastructure team, working closely with other IT engineers and taking ownership of architectural decisions that shape how we build and operate our environment. Their operations rely on a strong digital foundation built on secure, modern, and scalable IT solutions that support our people and our business.To support our continued growth and digital transformation, we are strengthening our Group IT team with a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.Design and improve the core infrastructure architecture across Azure, on-prem network, Security our broad technology stack.Act as a technical lead for specific domains like Azure, identity, or CitrixParticipate in daily work, projects, and third-line support7+ years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in an infrastructure architecture or senior engineering role~ Strong experience designing and operating infrastructure in a cloud-first environment (Azure)~ Microsoft Azure (Required)Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, RBAC, network architectureMonitoring and diagnostics (Log Analytics, alerts, cost control)Azure exams or equivalent experience / examsUsing Ansible, Azure DevOps,or similar tools to automate configuration or deploymentStrong with scripting, PowerShellMicrosoft 365~ Admin-level experience in Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, licensingMicrosoft Intune / Endpoint ManagerDevice compliance & configuration profiles (Windows, MAM)Windows Autopilot & zero-touch provisioningApplication deployment & updatesConditional Access & integration with Azure ADWindows Server 2008 through 2025Microsoft AzureDesigning Microsoft Azure Infrastructure SolutionsCybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)Networking and firewallCitrixImage creation, application packaging, patching, and supportFamiliarity with ITILor structured delivery modelsSentinelOne, Mimecast, Linux, Docker, SolarWinds, Lansweeper, GrafanaEnglish is essential (written and spoken)Fully remote positionPrivate Medical InsurancePerformance Bonus: up to 10%Holidays: 25 days per year
