Título: Especialista Senior en Cumplimiento Fiscal | Senior Tax Compliance Specialist Ubicación: Madrid (modelo híbrido)Idiomas: Español e inglés fluidoDescripción del puestoBuscamos un Especialista Senior en Cumplimiento Fiscal para unirse a nuestro equipo local de Tax. Reportarás al Business Unit Manager y serás responsable del cumplimiento fiscal de una cartera de clientes, con enfoque en un sector concreto. También supervisarás el trabajo de perfiles junior y mid, garantizando calidad y eficiencia en todas las obligaciones fiscales.Responsabilidades principalesRevisar, preparar y presentar declaraciones fiscales (IVA, IS, retenciones).Controlar las obligaciones fiscales y el estado de cumplimiento de la cartera asignada.Coordinarse con los equipos de Contabilidad y Legal para resolver consultas fiscales.Supervisar y dar soporte al equipo, incluyendo formación y seguimiento de tareas.Asistir en auditorías y en reuniones con clientes y asesores fiscales.Perfil y competencias claveExperiencia de 4 a 7 años en un rol similar.Formación en Derecho Fiscal o similar.Conocimiento sólido de normativa fiscal española, AEAT y procedimientos fiscales.Capacidad para interpretar informes financieros y cálculos de impuestos.Nivel de inglés C1, ideal para trato con clientes internacionales.Habilidades de comunicación, análisis, precisión y organización.Orientación al detalle, integridad y capacidad para trabajar con plazos ajustados.Competencias de supervisión y colaboración en equipo.Por qué unirte a CSCCSC es líder global en servicios empresariales, legales y financieros, con presencia en más de 140 jurisdicciones y más de 8.000 profesionales.
