We offer you a positive and collaborative work environment, where you can develop your skills and reach your full potential.Liderar la implementación en planta y garantizar la entrega eficiente de soluciones a los clientes, cumpliendo con las expectativas en términos de calidad, tiempoy costes.Coordinación en Sitio:• Supervisar las actividades diarias en los sitios de implementación, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad y estándares de seguridad.• Actuar como el principal enlace entre el equipo de proyecto, cliente y proveedores durante la ejecución.• Gestión de Proyectos:• Planificar y ejecutar proyectos de robótica móvil desde la etapa de implementación hasta la entrega final.• Identificar y resolver problemas en tiempo real, garantizando la continuidad del proyecto.• Gestión de Equipos y Recursos:• Coordinar a técnicos y subcontratistas durante la implementación en planta.• Supervisar la asignación y uso eficiente de recursos humanos y materiales.• Comunicación y Seguimiento:• Mantener a todas las partes interesadas informadas sobre el progreso del proyecto.• Preparar informes periódicos sobre el estado de las implementaciones para el Responsable de Operaciones.• Calidad y Mejora Continua:• Asegurar que las soluciones implementadas cumplan con los estándares de calidad y las especificaciones del cliente.• Recopilar retroalimentación al finalizar cada proyecto para identificar áreas de mejora.At GAM we value talent, dedication and team spirit.
