This is a senior-level position ideal for professionals with a strong background in business continuity and information security management systems. WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? 5+ years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or information security, preferably within regulated or high-impact environments. Proven expertise in ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management) : experience developing, implementing, auditing, or maintaining BCM frameworks. Solid knowledge of ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) : understanding of ISMS design, risk assessment, controls, and compliance. Experience in conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) , crisis management planning, and continuity testing. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) – essential for client and internal collaboration. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Certification in ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor (or equivalent) is highly valued. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and organizational resilience. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) aligned with ISO 22301 . Support the integration of ISO 27001 principles into business continuity strategies and risk frameworks. Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical processes and recovery priorities. Develop, test, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and crisis response protocols. Coordinate internal audits, compliance reviews, and prepare for external certification processes. Train teams and stakeholders on continuity procedures and emergency response. Collaborate with IT, HR, legal, and operations to ensure organizational resilience across all functions. Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices in resilience and security.
