So, let's keep moving forward togetherThe Role & ContextIntegrated into the Service Delivery Center (France Data & AI department), you will be the Manager's right hand in a transversal mission. Your goal is to optimize existing production chains and develop innovative solutions to improve productivity for major pharmaceutical clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Optimization: Improve data production flows and ETL workflows (Databricks/SSIS).Data Reliability: Analyze and ensure the accuracy of data models and existing processes.BI & Reporting: Provide BI platform support and create high-impact dashboards using Power BI.Coordination: Act as a technical bridge between French management, customer service, and offshore production teams.KPI Management: Define production KPIs and monitor quality control to identify areas for improvement.Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)Databases: Strong proficiency in SQL and SQL Server (Modeling, complex querying, and various DBMS).Programming: Solid experience with Python (R is a plus).Business Intelligence: Experience with Power BI and OLAP cubes.ETL: Familiarity with workflows (Databricks, SSIS).Office: Advanced Excel skills.Must-Have RequirementsLocation: Must be based in Barcelona or surrounding areas (Hybrid model).Languages: Professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory (essential for daily coordination with the French team and offshore partners).Experience: At least 2 years in a similar data management or BI role.Education: Scientific or Engineering background.What We Offer Model: Hybrid (Office in Barcelona + Remote days).
