We're seeking aLead Analyst, Supply Chain Systemsto play a key role in the delivery and optimization ofBlue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)across a diverse logistics network.This role involves leading the technical aspects of WMS implementation, configuration, and support — from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live optimization. You'll work closely with stakeholders to design scalable solutions, perform system analysis, coordinate testing, and ensure operational excellence across complex supply chain environments.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business and operational requirements to determine Blue Yonder WMS fit, configuration, and customization needsDesign, configure, and implement BY WMS solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and IT architectureDevelop detailed functional and technical specifications for enhancements, integrations, and modificationsPerform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and stabilitySupport system upgrades, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver post-implementation supportCollaborate with project managers, developers, and operations teams to drive system improvements and performance optimizationDeliver user training and provide on-site or remote configuration support to distribution and operations centersConduct SQL-based data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and issue resolutionTechnical Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) xsgfvud5+ years' experience inBlue Yonder (JDA) WMSimplementation, configuration, and supportStrong technical knowledge ofBY WMS architecture, MOCA, Integrator, SCI, and web servicesExperience integrating WMS withTMS, ERP, and parcel shipment systemsProficiency inSQL(Oracle preferred) for data extraction, analysis, and troubleshootingSolid understanding ofsupply chain, warehousing, and distribution processesFamiliarity withclient/server, relational databases, web-based systems, and object-oriented design
