We're headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.Por favor, lea detenidamente la información de esta oferta de empleo para entender exactamente qué se espera de los posibles candidatos.JOB DESCRIPTION:This job position is for the P2P (Purchase to Pay) department, focused on supporting Supplier income recovery process by promoting the issuance of payments from VCC suppliers and validating the ones received according to the requirements of each country.The position requires English conversational speaking skills for interviews with suppliers to support them onsite, over the phone or by virtual meetings, as well as the review of issued invoices and communication by email with suppliers and internal colleagues.The employee will analyze the situation of VCC supplier income invoices reception to be able to prioritize the daily scope of work, focused on European TOP debtor balances.Tasks covered by the area: Following with Suppliers on outstanding rebate invoices via Tickets, emails or and calls.Provide visibility to stakeholders on recovery status via recurrent reports and analysisSkillsGood communication skills Ability to influence, drive change Analytic skillsProactive with a can-do attitudeA positive trouble-solver with excellent work ethicsAbility to connect with geographically diverse populations and partnersGood MS Office skillsExperienceExperience in the travel industryCollections/ recovery experience is desirable.Experience in a call center or marketing area QualificationsDegree in Business Administration, Accounting or TourismProficient command of both spoken and written EnglishAbility to build relationships within the organization at all levelsAt HBX Group, we believe that diversity drivesinnovation and makestravel a force for good.
